Q1: How do I install Vigilmetrix–Kiosk on my IT infrastructure? A1: Vigilmetrix-Kiosk does not require the installation of any code into your kiosks. All that is required is that your kiosk log files be made available for import into our Vigilmetrix-Kiosk databases. In some cases extra field requirements may have to be made, but in most, it is simply a matter of making the log file available. Q2: Will I be able to determine which are the most used kiosk locations? A2: Yes. The Vigilmetrix–Kiosk statistics will be made available in their relevant geographic location formats. The areas will be provided in provincial, city and suburb breakdowns so that you are able to view any size area or even pin point an exact kiosk for which you wish to see the statistics.
