Support Vigilmetrics offers three support packages: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Our Gold support delivers 24x7 priority phone support and exclusive access to the latest releases, as well as tips/tricks, and other tools to make the most of your Vigilmetrics products.

Support can take the form of telephonic and electronic support as in SaaS solutions or cyclical and emergency onsite visits in the case of ‘in-house’ solutions. Service level agreements are negotiated with customers, on the customer’s terms, to ensure post implementation service levels meet all the customer’s satisfaction requirements. These agreements vary from customer to customer and are applied as per requirements and budget.

Patches and new releases and versions of the Vigilmetrics products are included in the support and maintenance contracts. New and enhanced functionality incurs no extra costs for you!

All levels of support enjoy the use of our GrindstonePark online support logging application. This allows clients to log their queries and view progress from resource assignment, status and completion.
